• Consulting Services: Automation strategy and implementation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.

4. User Account and Registration

Account Creation

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and update your account details
• Keep credentials secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for account activity

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse.

5. Service Plans and Pricing

Subscription Plans

• Growth Plan: ₹9,999/month
• Pro Plan: ₹19,999/month

Payment Terms

• Monthly payments in advance
• Prices exclude applicable taxes
• Accepted methods: card, UPI, bank transfer
• Failed payments may suspend service
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice

Free Trial

7-day free trial for new customers. Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime from dashboard
• Effective at end of billing cycle
• No prorated refunds

Refunds

• Refunds only for technical failures
• Requests within 7 days
• Setup/custom work non-refundable

7. Service Delivery and Support

Implementation Timeline

Automation live within 7 business days (excluding client delays).

Support

• Starter: Email support
• Growth: WhatsApp support
• Pro: Priority support with manager

Service Availability

Target uptime is 99.9%, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

8. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

• No illegal or unauthorized use
• No spam or abusive content
• No system interference or hacking
• No resale without permission
• No impersonation or rights violations

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

All materials and software are the intellectual property of Sushvin AI Labs.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of your content; we process it only to deliver services.

Client Websites

Ownership transfers after full payment. We may showcase work unless requested otherwise.
